The Annual Affiliation Fee is $100 per affiliated student organization. It is due by October 31st of each academic year. The annual fee is per student organization, not per student. Each "academic year" runs from August 1 - July 31.

  • After the founding 2022-2023 academic year which was $0 affiliate fee, the Affiliation Fee shall be paid no later than October 31st of each academic year thereafter. For example, the payment for AY 2023-2024 will be due by October 31, 2023.
  • If a new organization wishes to become an Affiliate in the middle of an academic year, it must pay the same $100 fee that other organizations paid for that academic year (no proration).
